SR-NSX-2006-17 December 13, 2006 The Exchange will modify its NSX BLADE Fee Schedule to provide for a liquidity provider rebate and a liquidity taker fee for transactions executed in Tape A, B, or C Securities through NSX BLADE. The Exchange is also proposing corresponding changes to its ITS Transactions Fee Schedule.
SR-NSX-2006-16 May 22, 2007 The Exchange is adopting a rule change to require the Chief Executive Officer of each ETP Holder to certify annually to having in place a process to establish, maintain, review, modify and test policies and procedures reasonably designed to achieve compliance with applicable Exchange Rules and federal securities laws.
SR-NSX-2006-15 November 21, 2006 The Exchange is adopting a new Rule 2.12 describing the terms under which the Exchange will provide routing services procured from a third party with respect to orders entered into its new state of the art trading system, NSX BLADE.
SR-NSX-2006-14 October 31, 2006 The Exchange will implement a new Fee Schedule applicable to NSTS transactions and to amend a Fee Schedule applicable to ITS Transactions, both to provide for an execution fee and a rebate for executions in Exchange Traded Funds that are classified as Tape B securities.
SR-NSX-2006-13 October 23, 2006 The Exchange will implement a fee schedule pursuant to the newly approved Chapter XVI of the Exchange Rules. The Fee Schedule will apply to executions through the new trading system of the Exchange, NSX BLADE.
SR-NSX-2006-12 October 2, 2006 The Exchange will implement a fee schedule pursuant to newly approved Chapter XVI of the Exchange Rules. The Fee Schedule will apply to transactions executed through the Intermarket Trading System Plan and of the Plan for the Purpose of Creating and Operating an Intermarket Communications Linkage.
SR-NSX-2006-11 September 29, 2006 The Exchange entered into arrangements with other Participants in the proposed Plan for the Purpose of Creating and Operating an Intermarket Linkage to directly bill, and to accept direct billing from, any such Participants that are unable to implement Sponsoring Member billing on October 1, 2006.
SR-NSX-2006-10 July 13, 2006 The Exchange is adopting a new Chapter XVI relating to fees, dues and rebate programs. Chapter XVI will take the place of current Rule 11.10 when the Exchange's proposed changes to Chapter XI of its Rules under a separate rule filing become effective.
SR-NSX-2006-09 July 3, 2006 The Exchange is amending its fee schedule reflected in Exchange Rule 11.10(A) to provide for a quotation fee.
SR-NSX-2006-08 August 31, 2006 Order Approving a Proposed Rule Change and Amendment No. 1 Thereto and Notice of Filing and Order Granting Accelerated Approval to Amendment Nos. 2 and 3 Thereto to Amend Its Trading Rules to Provide for a Price-Time Priority Market and Other Related Changes
SR-NSX-2006-07 June 22, 2006 The Exchange will amend Exchange Rules 11.10(A)(k) and (l) to amend its Tape "B" rebate program and to include and equivalent rebate program for Tape "C" securities.
SR-NSX-2006-06 September 28, 2006 The Exchange has amended its rules to eliminate the specific requirement that a Designated Dealer execute eligible limit orders if certain conditions occur in the primary market ("Limit Order Protection").
